Preset Grab and Go Packs
Yes, All of our meals our vegan. Anything we are involved with, we aproach with a vegan mindset.
We provide a list of ingredients, calories, and macros for each meal. We aim to have at minimum of 12g of protein, a maximum of 80g of carbohydrates, and a maximum of 40g of fat. This way you can keep track of your caloric intake and crush those health goals.a
When ever we do use sugar, we stay away from processed sugar as much as possible. We do our best to use coconut sugar, agave syrup, and organic cane, but occasionally we do use a maple syrup or brown sugar for certian recipes. We try to keep the same health principals in mind reguarding oils. We use coconut oil, and olive oil with the exception for the ocasional high heat veggie oil for select recipes. We prefer to use low sodium soy sauce, and we use as little pink himaliyan salt, or kosher salt.
For our meal prep services, we do not fry anything. We do make the acception for any curbside pick up options, or any caterings.
Yes, we can make accommodations for caterings. We Cook all styles of cuisines so please reach out to us. We look forward to collaborating.
